MY PARCEL HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Sometimes delivery companies can be a little heavy-handed. Send us a photo of the package and items along with your order number and we will take it up with the delivery company and send you out some fresh replacements at first-class delivery.
We only ask you to send back the items you have received so we can use them in our case.
WHAT IS SEEVO'S RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount
