Dispatch Timeframe

You will receive your order in 5-7 days. We're doing our very best to get it shipped out to you as quickly as possible, but please bear with us as we're a small team working hard to take care of everything ourselves. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Placing International Orders

  • Seevo is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or return shipping.
  • Customers must settle these charges directly with their local customs authority or the shipping provider.

Post-Order Payment of Charges

  • If customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are billed to Seevo after shipment, customers authorise Seevo to charge the same to their payment method on file without prior notice.
  • By placing an order, international customers explicitly agree to these terms.


Additional Terms

  • In-Stock Orders Only: International shipments will only be processed when all items in the order are in stock to avoid secondary shipping charges.
