Sale Period Policy Update - November 2024

During sale periods, including Black Friday, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on Seevo.in:


1. No Returns

  • All sales during sale periods are final, including discounted and promotional items. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Exchanges for Defective Items Only

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged.
  • Customers must report defects within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting care@seevo.in or +91-9372216468 (WhatsApp/Phone).
  • Proof of defect (e.g., photographs) is mandatory for approval.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for securely returning the item to the address provided.

3. No Order Cancellations

  • Orders placed during sale periods cannot be canceled once confirmed, regardless of delays or changes to delivery timelines.

4. No Clubbing of Offers

  • Sale offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, free gifts, or loyalty rewards. Only one promotion per order is allowed.

5. Final Sale

  • All discounted items are sold on a final sale basis and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges (except in cases of defects).

6. Free Gifts During Sale

  • Free gifts offered during promotional periods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Gifts are limited to one per qualifying order and are available while supplies last.

Standard Policy for Non-Sale Periods (Non-Discounted Products Only)


1. Returns Policy

We accept returns for non-sale items within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable items or hazardous materials.
  • Items purchased during sale periods.

Return Process:

  2. Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label and return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted for non-sale items, subject to stock availability.
  • The returned item must meet the same conditions as outlined in the returns policy.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for delays caused by third parties (e.g., couriers, customs) are not the responsibility of Seevo.

4. International Orders Policy

Shipping Charges:

  • A flat fee of ₹5,000 applies to all international orders, subject to revision based on destination and serviceability.

Customs and Duties:

  • All international shipments are sent on a duties and taxes collect basis. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or brokerage charges.

  • Customers agree to allow reasonable timeframes for resolution of logistical issues.

2. Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping returned items to the provided address using the prepaid label from Seevo.
  • Lost, delayed, or damaged items during return shipping are not Seevo’s responsibility unless the prepaid shipping label is used as instructed.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • Seevo is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party providers (e.g., courier services, customs).
  • Seevo will not compensate for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy, including all disclaimers regarding third-party services. These terms supersede any conflicting information on our website.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from purchases will be governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
  • Customers must contact Seevo customer support to resolve issues before taking further action.
